Q. When can I expect to receive my confirmation email?
A. You don't have to wait long until it pops into your inbox. There can be delays up to several hours depending on whether emails are successfully getting through the system. Please wait a few hours for any emails your expecting to arrive before contacting us.
Q. Why don't I receive Johnnymarsh.net emails, it's been a while since I registered?
A. It's likely the main reason your not receiving email from JM.net is that your mail box thinks they are spam or junk mail and deleting them before you even get to see them. The way around this is to make sure you 'whitelist' or 'safelist' the 'info@johnnymarsh.net' address. Please do this as you don't want to miss out on your free JM.net content.
