Speaking Event: Sci Fi festival

It's Sci-Fi month here in Brisbane and we've been invited to talk at the Logan City Sci Fi festival, Logan North Library Centre, on Saturday the 14th of August, starting at 2pm. Our presentation is 'Dreams to Reality', because like all things, there's always a beginning and ours was 14 years ago, when we first started on this journey creating the world of Johnny Marsh.

We'll talk about first starting out working together, creating early concepts, the ideas and characters of Dream Raider. We'll talk about some of the ups and downs over the years playing in the game of publishing. We'll discuss the publishing process, including cover design considerations and marketing, followed by some Q & A. We encourage everyone to get curious and ask any questions.

These are great events to meet new people, readers, hear your stories and hopefully inspire others to keep moving and working on their passions. You'll have a chance to grab some of the GIVEAWAYS at our presentation and you'll find the Marsh Car giving out freebies as well before the presentation.

Also on the final day, Saturday 28th of August, they'll be a book signing held with Angus & Robertson and the authors & writers panel session, which will be a fantastic opportunity to all the upcoming writers out there looking to get some valuable insight.

We're in mid preparations for the event, the excitement is building!
